Captain Brian Leonard has been fishing the offshore waters off of Virginia and North Carolina his whole life. Brian holds a 100 ton USCG Captains License and has over 10 years of professional experience as a Captain and Mate. He cut his teeth mating for some of the best Captains in the business and has since been the Captain of several successful charter boats in Virginia and North Carolina.
Brian has always been home based out of Virginia and North Carolina but has also fished up and down the East Coast from Ocean City, Maryland down to Palm Beach, Florida, The Bahamas and Mexico. He has had several top finishes and wins in several tournaments including The Virginia Beach Tuna Tournament, The Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament, The Ducks Unlimited Billfish Tournament, The Hatteras Village Offshore Open, The Wine Women and Fishing Tournament, The Alice Kelly Women’s Billfish Tournament, The Blue Water Offshore Open, and The Big Money Overnight Tournament. Brian has fished and competed in almost every big billfish tournament from Ocean City, Maryland to Morhead City, NC. Brian loves to fish and has devoted most of his adult life to chasing and catching big game fish. His drive and passion for catching fish will make sure you have a successful day offshore!
C- Level always has a professional and experienced mate on board. The mate works for tips and 15 to 20 % of the charter rate is customary for a mates tip. Mates work very hard and deserve to be taken care of if they do a good job. The Captain also accepts and appreciates tips.
