We got back offshore again today with Jeff and his friends for Jeff's birthday. He wanted to catch a marlin and said it was on his bucket list. After only having one mystery bite all day we got lucky and got Jeff his first White Marlin just after 3 o'clock today. We set back out and immediately had another white hook himself on our blue marlin bait but unfortunately pulled him off after a few minutes. Congratulations Jeff and Happy Birthday!!! There were some fish around today but they were definitely very spread out with most boats seeing a couple billfish and some boats having some tuna and dolphin bites also. The fishing is going to continue to get better as we get into September. Give us a shout if you want to go we have plenty of days open. 757 236 5000
